Star Micronics operates a "Cap Rate" printer servicing system on its range of printers.

If the repair cost including parts & labour plus return freight is less than the Cap Rate then we will charge you the actual repair cost, however we guarantee not to charge you more than the Cap Rate without prior consultation.

The Cap Rate for servicing a Star Micronics printer is currently $200.
